Unique 1910's Antique Catcher's Mask. This exceptional
vintage catcher's mask has a number of unique features.
It is recognized basically as a birdcage style mask. The
large bead welds and throat protector, which extends down
from the chin area of the mask, are two of the very unique
features. However, it is the unusually large, hinged ear
guards that are most uncommon. An exceedingly rare innovation,
which makes this mask an outstanding centerpiece for any
vintage baseball or memorabilia collection.
